Unsweetened Hazelnut Butter

1 1/2 cups Hazelnuts - --abt 7 1/2 oz
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a baking pan toast hazelnuts in
one layer in middle of oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until colored lightly
and skins are blistered. Wrap nuts in a kitchen towel and let steam 1
minute. Rub nuts in towel to remove loose skins. Do not cool. In a
food processor grind hazelnuts to a fine paste. Add oil and pulse until
combined well. This recipe yields 1 cup.
