Default Shepherd Pie

Shepherd Pie

2 1/2 lbs chop meat
1 lb carrots, boiled and slice
4 to 5 potatoes, boiled
1 or 2 cans of peas, drained
2 cans of mushrooms, drained
1 onion, chopped
brown gravy

Brown your chop meat in skillet and set aside. Brown your onion. Mix in a
bowl your chop meat, onion, carrots, peas and mushroom. Put into a 13x9x2
baking dish. Make your own gravy and pour over mixture. Layer mash
potatoes on top of mixture . Shake some paprika on top and bake at 350 for
about 45 minutes
