Default Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

1/2 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Plum sauce
1 Tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 Tbsp Fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 tsp Minced serrano chili
1/2 tsp Ground red chili paste
1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp All-purpose flour, mixed with 1 Tbsp cold water

Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan, and bring
to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 4 minutes. Let cool. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
