Default Pier House Guava Grande

The Pier House Guava Grande
(a guava flavored Pina Colada)

1 piece of Guava Paste 1/2 inch x 2 1/2 inch x 3/4 inch
1 oz light rum
2 oz Pier House Pina Colada Base (recipe below)
1 flower optional

Fill a blender container half full with ice. Add the guava paste, rum and
base. Blend until no ice cubes remain and mixture is smooth.Serve in a 12
oz glass and garnish with an hibiscus or non toxic flower.

The Pier House Pina Colada Base

2 15-oz cans of Coco Lopez cream of coconut
60 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
Combine in a gallon jug, will keep for about 1 week.
Makes about 45 drinks.
