1st Lady Laura Bush's Cowboy Cookies

3 Sticks of Butter
1 12 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 cups of chocolate chips
3 cups oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups pecans

Cream butter and sugars. add eggs and vanilla. Beat. add dry ingredients
until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients . Bake at 350 degrees for
10-12
minutes.
