I was given a gift of a mini Cuisinart processor -- 3 cups size. I
have never used a food processor before (or even a blender) and have
been looking through cookbooks for recipes. All the recipes and
cookbooks are for the larger sized processors. Can someone suggest a
cookbook or website where I can find recipes more suitable for a mini
processor? Or is it just a matter of cutting all the amounts in half?
Can a mini processor do everything a large processor does? Thanks for
your help.
