Here is a recipe for a chipped beef dip, and its pretty good.

First I have been to a bunch of parties where they serve rye bread with a
dip that is made with Chipped Beef ( aka dried Beef). I have been told
that
the recipe for the dip is very simple only using a few ingredients. If
anybody has the recipe I would greatly appreciate getting a copy of it.


Dried Beef Cheese Spread

2 packages (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar (2 1/2 ounce) dried beef, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a serving bowl and
serve with fresh raw vegetables and/or crackers.
