Todd's Bitchin Bar-B-Q Sauce
1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar 1/4 cup Chinese Black vinegar or Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup Good Whiskey or bourbon 4 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke flavor 1 Small can Tomato Paste 6 cloves Crushed Garlic 1 Medium Onion chopped fine 1 cup Brown Sugar 4 Tablespoons Chili powder 5 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika 3 Tablespoons Hungarian Paprika 1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper (cayenne) 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1/3 Teaspoon Ground cloves 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mustard Seed 1/3 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom 1 Teaspoon salt Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for at least a half hour to forty five minutes, or until thickend, strain if desired for a smoother sauce.
