Crockpot Potato Soup

6 Potatoes peeled and diced
2 chopped onions
1 carrot,sliced thin
1 stalk celery,sliced thin
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper to taste
13 oz. can evaporated milk
5 Cups water

Put all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 10 to
12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Last hour stir in milk.
