Czech Sugar Cookies

1 cup margarine
1 cup shortening
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 cups flour

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Roll dough into balls (walnut size). Roll in powdered sugar.
Do not Flatten. Place on greased cookie sheet. 375 10-12 minutes.
