Tangerine Marinade

Juice and zest of 1 tangerine
1 lemon sliced
1/3 cip olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
4 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
pinch mustard powder
dash freshly ground pepper
