Turkey Loaf In Crockpot

2 pounds ground turkey
11/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup evaporated milk

Mix well. Place in crockpot. Cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
