Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
2 large eggs
2 1/2 to 3 cups stove top stuffing mix (from canister)
2 or 3 strips bacon ( for on top )

Mix the ground beef in a bowl with the eggs and stuffing mix. In a baking
pan form in to a loaf pot the strips of bacon over the top of the
meatloaf. Add 1/2 inch of water in the pan. Preheat oven to 350 f cook
60 to 75 mins recipe can be modified if you like. Serve with mashed
potatoes and veggie of your choosing serves 6 to 8
