Subject: Chinese Shrimp Toast
Years ago, maybe in the 1960s an appetizer called shrimp toast was popular. A shrimp
mixture was put on pieces of taost and cooked in a pan. Can anyone help me with this?

I tasted this in a local restaurant. It was delicious. I tried to make it at home but
something is missing. Any recipes like this?

Does anyone on here do once a month cooking? If so, what are your families
favorite recipes? I am wanting to start, but would like to get a few good
recipes and some pointers if at all possible on starting.
I started a notebook with my families favorite meals and broke them down by
ingredients.
Thank you
Shel
