Instant Pudding Icing for cake
 

Instant Pudding Icing

1 envelope Dream Whip
1-1/2 cups milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix to moisten. Beat
about 5 minutes until mixture will stand in peaks. Makes about 4 cups.

Variation: The lemon instant pudding mix is outstanding. Also the butter
pecan. The vanilla is very versatile. Just try them all to decide your
favourite.
