Default Fancy Feast Chicken

Fancy Feast Chicken

6 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups herbed stuffing mix
8 Tbsp butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken breast halves in
a lightly greased 9 " x 13" baking dish.
Top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese and arrange
mushrooms over chicken and cheese.
Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing
mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the stuffing mix.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
