Home-Made Chocolate

125g cocoa butter
120g/1 cup pure icing sugar
5 Tbsp cocoa powder
30g powdered milk (soy or cow)
1 tsp vanilla essence

Melt cocoa butter in a saucepan over a low heat Remove from heat and add
sifted icing sugar, cocoa, powdered milk and vanilla Mix well Pour into a
greased lamington tin Refrigerate to set Cut into squares when cold Makes
32 pieces Or pour into moulds and refrigerate until set

220g milk powder
220g cocoa butter
