Hi, On 'America's Test Kitchen', Public TV Saturday July 30, they
were cooking an authentic Italian Bolognaise. I went on their website
of the same name -.com but it hadn't been posted yet.

Anybody have a good recipe for Bolognaise? It's an Italian Meat Sauce
in tomato sauce, but specially cooked for special flavors.
