Potato Tomato Casserole
2 (11.5 ounce) packages Stouffer's frozen Potatoes au Gratin. 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1 medium tomato 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine potatoes au gratin, sour cream, and green onions in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
