Default Cornell Bread

Cornell Bread
My Version, also can be found in, Joy of Cooking.
By: Mike Willsey

Take 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons of water, about 110 degrees warm, add 1
package of quick rise yeast.

Then, mix the following ingredients into a one-gallon size ziplock bag,
measuring accurately!

3 cups white flour, bread machine quality, or 2-1/2 cups white flour
plus, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup dry powdered milk
2 2/3 tablespoons soy flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Close bag and shake dry ingredients well,
Allow water and yeast to sit at least 15 minutes, stir after about 5
minutes to break down lumps.
Place dry ingredients into bread machine pan,
Add, 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the water / yeast, stir well, then
add on top of dry ingredients that you placed into bread machine pan.
Having set bread machine for a light crust, white bread.
