Default Spinach Pizza

for the Deana requesting a different type of pizza

Pizza

Pizza dough - purchased at bakery or pizza polar
2 sacks fresh baby spinach - saute in garlic and olive oil
2 16 oz whole milk mozzarella - sliced thin - polly-o (don't skimp)
2 16 oz whole milk ricotta - polly-o (don't skimp here either)

Note: make sure to use the whole milk mozzarella and ricotta...

Let dough rise in a warm place with a dish towel on top so then you wont
get a skin.

Roll the dough out to the pizza shape you wish. Layer the pizza with the
some ricotta, mozzarella, and spinach...dollop with more ricotta on
top and bake in 350 degree oven until crust is golden. If you wish, you
can add some garlic powder and pepper flakes...

Hope this helps.
Mair
