Hi,
I was haveing a conversation with a friend just now that turned
to desserts, his favourite being baked Alaska BUT he told me of an
intriguing variation that hesn't been able to find since his childhood,
Baked Australia which is apparently an inversion of baked Alaska - he
didn't know exactly how, maybe the ice cream on top ad meringue in the
middle. Just wondering if anyone would know what this dessert may be
usually called or any idea of how to make it. Thanks a lot.

Just got a hold of a Chocolate Fountain and am looking for chocolate,
fondue and other stuff to run through it.
Of course the official website for the manufacturer says "Recipes to be
added later", but you only get that message after you've already bought
the fountain.
