Cooking Time: 20-30 minutes
Makes: 18 servings (2 mini cheesecakes each)

Crust
1 cup ground walnuts
4 teaspoons granulated sugar

Filling
2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced fat cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground cloves

at least 2 hours, or until chilled. Top with the whipped cream just before
serving. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
