Beef And Mushroom Soup

This is a real cold day type of comfort soup.

4 cup mushroom,sliced
3 carrot,sliced
1 cup celery,sliced
1 cup rice
1 lb beef stew meat,cubed
3 cn low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup sherry
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Place vegetables in bottom of crockpot. Place beef on top. Sprinkle rice
over top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cook on low for 8
to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Yield: 6 Servings

g Polyunsaturated Fat 6 g Monounsaturated Fat 19 g Carbohydrates 2.8 g
