Tuna Croquettes

1 can tuna in water
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 cup potato flakes
Dash of black pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Combine tuna, water and egg in a bowl. Stir flour, potato flakes, onion
and black pepper together. Stir in baking powder last. Deep fry until
golden brown.
