Marinated Flank Steak Recipe By :Janet Wilder Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time 1:00 Categories : Meat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1 lb flank steak -- trimmed of fat 1/4 cup dry red wine 1 Tbsp minced garlic or granulated garlic powder 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil Place the trimmed meat in a plastic, zip-type bag. Add wine, garlic and seasonings. Close the bag and refrigerate for at least one half hour. Heat the barbeque grill. Remove meat from the bag and discard marinade. Grill until done, leaving the center slightly pink.
