Fried Bologna Sandwich

bread
mustard

As the name implies, take your sliced balogna and place in a heated
frying pan. Some folks like to add butter/margarine for added
flavor, but there is enough fat in the product that when heated will
enhance the balogna's flavor.
Sizzle in the frying pan allowing edges and bottom to brown. Cook to
your liking and then eat plain in a sandwich or add your favorite
condiment..... mine MUSTARD.
