Subject: Scandinavian meat pie

I'm looking of a recipe for a meat pie I had a Scandinvain festival. They
were small hand held baked pies. I believe they had ground beef, cheddar
cheese, celery, onion, potato in them and the crust was a sour cream
pastry. Its been awhile since I had one, but I think thats what was in
them. Thanks to any help.
