Mexican Fried Bologna Sandwiches

mayonnaise
avocado
(tomato)

They make wonderful fried bologna sandwiches in Mexico. There is a very
tasty bologna sold in long cylindars. You cut thick slices, about 1/4
inch thick. Fry in a medium hot pan until the edges just begin to brown.
Spread mayonnaise over two slices of white bread. Mash avocados and
spread thickly over the bread. You can add slices of tomato if you wish.
Pure Heaven.
