This is a tip I use so often when I am in a hurry for a delicious chowder.
I have a large can of Bear Creek dry Potato & onion soup mix on hand all of the time. I follow the instructions on the can for the number of servings I need. Mostly for 2. Clam/Fish Chowder 1 small potato, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 can clams with juice or any white fish drop of liquid smoke to taste bacon bits This is a base that you can add anything of your liking to.Cheese,vegetables, any fish and more.
