You can buy these delicious Chocolate Caramel Square shortcake biscuits
things in sandwich bars in the UK. Does anyone have a recipe for them?
Delicious they are. I think Roberts Fudge Factory make them.

Does anyone have the Sainsbury's cookbook "Cooking for the Zodiac"
(probably in print about 15 years ago - I'm pretty sure that's the
title)? My copy got flood-damaged, and I'm looking for a recipe for
coffee mousse - involves cream, coffee and marshmallows. If anyone's
got a decent recipe for same, I'd be glad to hear to too.

Veal scallopine with peppers and mushrooms.
Years ago there was a restaurant in Miami,FL called the Red Diamond. It
had the best Eggplant Parmesan, but more importantly a dish we still talk
about after 30 years, the Veal Scallopine with peppers (and mushrooms). We
have yet to ever find anything similar and searching the net does not
unclover anything similar. Any hidden treasures would be greatly
appreciated!!!
