Black Pudding Hash
I'm a great lover of Black Pudding and love to make this for breakfast. 1 potato 250g/9oz black pudding salt and freshly ground black pepper parsley to garnish Peel the potato, dice and cook in a pan of salted boiling water until tender. Dice the black pudding and fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes until it begins to go crispy and crumble. Drain the potatoes, add to the black pudding and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes. Season.
