Default Egyptian Spice Mix for Bread

Duqqa (Egyptian Spice Mix)

2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. roasted coriander seeds
2 tsp. peanuts
1 tsp. split chickpeas
1 tsp. part dried mint leaves
1 tsp. part sesame seeds

Grind all ingredients together or whirl in a blender. Eat by by
dipping baladi bread (Egyptian whole-wheat pita) in the mixture.
