Brazilian Baked Pumpkin
Rosemary Roast Potatoes with Garlic Nut & Seed Loaf with Cranberry Spicy Vegetable Fritters Highland Oat Squares Pear and Almond Soup Cranberry Cherry Relish ~~~~~~~~~ From: "Frank" > Subject: Brazilian Baked Pumpkin Date: Sat, 11 Oct 2003 00:03:48 -0700 Last year I was on a trip down in Brazil and at a restaurant for lunch = they had something like a baked pumpkin. It was a whole pumpkin that was cleaned out and baked. It had some type = of a light cream filling inside, but as the thing was sliced the cream = didn't run all over the place. And before serving the whole thing seemed to be glazed or covered in a = light syrup, inside and out. It was great stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! ~~~~~~~~~ From: "Mary Aspinhall" > Subject: Rosemary Roast Potatoes with Garlic Date: Sat, 11 Oct 2003 02:47:17 -0400 Looking for a foolproof recipe for Rosemary Roast Potatoes with Garlic Thanks for you help ~~~~~~~~~ From: "Donn K.
