Chocolate Banana Parfaits

2 cups cold milk
1 package (4 serving size) Chocolate Flavor
Instant Pudding & Pie Filling.
2 medium bananas, sliced.
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2
minutes. Spoon half of the pudding evenly into 4 dessert glasses. Layer
with banana slices, whipped topping, and remaining pudding. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.
