Crockpot Macaroni & Cheese
1 16 oz Elbow Macaroni 1/4 cup Margarine 2 12oz Evaporated Milk 3 cups Milk 24 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar* 1 Tbsp Minced Onion, (optional) 1 Tbsp Oil 1 tsp Salt Pepper to Taste 1-2 Carrots, grated (optional) Put all of the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until noodles are soft. *You may use Velveeta Cheese, cut in chunks.Yes, you do use both kinds of milk. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
