Michigan hot dog sauce #1
Michigan hot dog sauce #2 Michigan hot dog sauce # Use fry pan. 2 sm. onions, chopped fine 1 clove garlic, chopped fine 1 lb. hamburger 1 can tomato paste 1 or 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. hot pepper (crushed red) 1 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. chili sauce 2 c. water 1 chicken bouillon cube Cook onions, garlic and hamburger together until hamburger is done; drain. Then add rest of ingredients, cook for 2 hours. Michigan hot dog sauce #2 2 lbs. beef heart, ground 3 Tbsp mustard sauce (* see below) 2 Tbsp salt 3 Tbsp chili powder 1/2 cup chopped onions 3 Tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp crushed pepper 1 lg can tomato paste 1 lg can tomato puree 2 cup water Blend all ingredients. Simmer for 3 hours. Serve on hot dogs Mustard Sauce 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/3 cup catsup Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
