Corn and zucchini Salsa

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped, seeded red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp dried

Combine vinegar,oil, cumin and garlic; mix well. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Wonderful with grilled chicken, fish,
or ribs.
