I am looking for a recipe on makeing beef stock from scratch. I will =
need to know how many pounds of bones for a large batch as I plan on =
freezing the surplus..

I have lost my recipe for my Grandmother's Cheese Daisies. They contain
cheddar cheese, Cheyenne pepper, and a few other ingredients. The mixture
is rolled into a log, refrigerated, sliced into discs and baked with a
pecan
half on top. I would be eternally grateful to anyone who could help me
