Lumpia

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped (use the Chinese mushrooms)
1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped
1 egg
1 Tbsp soy sauce
egg roll wrappers

Fry meat. Add rest of ingredients (except wrappers) and stir fry. Roll
in egg roll wrappers like an egg roll. Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper
towels.
