Dark chocolate shavings
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz crème de menthe
1 oz Godiva dark chocolate liquor
1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
dollop of whipped cream
sprig of mint

Rim a wide mouth glass with chocolate shavings. In blender blend
spirits and ice cream until smooth- not a puree. Pure into Margarita
glass. Add dollop of cream and mint Source: Tapestries Restaurant and
