Spicy Baked Whole Flounder
2 Tbsps. oil 2 Tbsps. vinegar 1 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsps. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete 1 tsp. Worcestershire 2 tsps. black pepper 1 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. salt 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. oregano 1 Tbsp. basil leaves 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. onion powder 2 to 3 lbs. flounder Combine the spices and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Split the flounder on both sides and partially filet meat away from bones. Baste large fish generously. Bake 25 to 35 minutes in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees or until meat is flaky.
