Garlic Dip

10 cloves garlic
3 slices day-old bread
3 boiled potatoes (cooled)
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup chopped almonds
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in food processer.
Serve.
