Subject: Vinegar Slaw Dressing

We were at a restaurant today and had a delicious coleslaw. I asked, and
the waitress said that the dressing was vinegar, sugar and oil. It did
not
taste very 'vinegary', and I really didn't see any oil floating on the bit
of dressing that was left in the dish. I said it didn't taste 'sweet',
but
she assured me that there was quite a bit of sugar in it. Does this
sound
familiar to anyone who'd be willing to share a recipe? Thanks for
