Orange Cheesecake Smoothie

1 cup orange sherbert
1 cup buttermilk

Blend and enjoy!


Orange Julius Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp. egg white or egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar (or Splenda to your taste-my choice)
1/4 cup milk (skim or 1%-my choice)
1/4 cup coconut syrup
14 tsp. almond extract
2 medium ripe bananas
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
3 cups ice

Combine all ingredients except bananas, strawberries, and ice in
a blender and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until sugar is
dissolved. Add bananas, strawberries and ice and blend until ice is
crushed. Pour into two 16 0z. glasses. Add straw and serve....
