This is a quick and easy snack.
Michele Mini Pizzas Recipe By :Michele Wilson Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Appetizers 8 ounces no salt added tomato sauce 6 ounces tomato paste 1 small onion -- diced 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 12 English muffins -- split 7 ounces pepperoni slices 1 cup Italian Six Cheese In a small bowl mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Split the muffins into 2 slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture, top with 4 slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle with cheese.
