28 ounces baked beans
4 whole hot dogs, beef -- low sodium, sliced
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion -- chopped
1 clove garlic -- minced

Mix all ingredients together in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at
350 F for 30 minutes.
