Luby's Lemon Icebox Pie

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 lemon rind, grated finely
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
4 Tbsp sugar

Combine the milk, juice, rind, and yolk. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate
until pie has set. Meanwhile, whip the whites and add the sugar to make
the meringue. Spread meringue on top. Bake at 325* until meringue is
lightly browned. Refrigerate.
