Crazy Crust Pizza

1 cup flour
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper

Mix in blender Pour into sprayed (and floured if desired) 15x 11 jelly
roll
pan. Bake at 425 on low rack for 25-30 minutes. Add sauce and toppings and
return to oven for 10-15 minutes more or until cheese is melted. 8 points
for
entire crust.
