Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

"A quick and easy way to make your own pizza crust. Simply add the meat
and vegetable toppings of your choice."

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk

In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix
in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until
evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter. Bake in
preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set. Remove crust from
oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is
melted, about 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

Crazy Crust

Make this batter pizza crust and top it with any of your favorite
toppings. There's a trick to this recipe - the pizza sauce and cheese are
put over the toppings AFTER the crust has baked for 20 minutes so it will
set properly. The crust gets chewy as this pizza bakes, making a wonderful
version of a thick crust pizza.

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease and dust with flour a 14"
round pizza pan or a 15x10" jelly roll pan. Set aside. In large bowl
combine dry ingredients. Add milk and eggs and mix just until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan, tilting pan as necessary so batter covers
bottom of pan. Sprinkle cooked toppings, except for pizza sauce and
cheese, over batter and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust
is golden brown. THEN drizzle with desired pizza sauce and sprinkle with
cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer until crust is deep golden brown and
toppings are thoroughly heated.
